Please Note ALL items are custom made to order specifications, we do not have stock of any items. All items are made to order.
Because of this orders do take a bit of time to complete. To be safe we would like you to try and order at least 1 month in advance. We know this is not always possible, so if you need your items in less then the current lead time above please contact us.
Orders maybe done in priority of Event date. This is to ensure people always receive there items on time and if you have some last minute guests that you need to get an order though fast for your wedding / event.
Lead times are subject to change in busy seasons without notice.
All orders are shipped via courier to ensure safe delivery. Except if you choose a PO Box, then the order will be shipped via Australia post. Shipping via Aust Post to may incur extra cost as checkout rates are based on courier rates.
Please note Parcels that have the option Authority to leave DON’T have the parcel insurance when left at door, Use at own Risk. This option is selected on checkout.
Once Parcel has been completed you will get a email with the shipping company and tracking code. Please note that once in post it is out of our control, we can however chase the pacels up if you have any problems.
Brisbane 1 day after parcel pickup
Sydney 1 – 2 days after parcel pickup
Melbourne 2 – 3 days after parcel pickup
Adelaide 3 – 4 days after parcel pickup
Hobart 4 – 5 days after parcel pickup
Perth 8 – 10 days after parcel pickup (maybe Subject to delays at the moment)
New Zealand 8 – 15 days after parcel pickup
