FAQ’s!

Depending on where the product being shipped, once your order is ready, you can expect to receive your parcel within  1-3 days if you’re within Metro areas in Queensland.

For other states (outside of QLD), you can expect delivery to take up to 2 – 5 working days.  

Because everything we sell is made to order, it is best to order at least 1 month in advance. However, we understand that this isn’t always possible. So if you order within 2-weeks of the date required, we may be able to rush your order through. Please contact us first if this is the case.

We prioritise orders based on event dates. If we are able to fit you into our schedule without risking another person’s order, we will do so. Please contact us first before proceeding.

We may be able to provide you with last-minute additions because we prioritise by event date. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll let you know if we can add last-minute additions.

When we make acrylic items, We Leave the protective film on the front to protect them while cutting and in the post. Please remove this layer carefully. It it easiest to remove this starting from the end of the name and peel it up to the start.
